The Service

Helm Travel's automated system generates custom travel recommendations based on the preferences you provide, including your destination, dates, pace, hotel tier, and dining preferences. Recommendations — including hotels, restaurants, activities, contact details, and travel times — are generated automatically and are provided for planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or current pricing of any venue, business, or service mentioned in your itinerary, including whether it is still open or operating under the same name. Always call ahead to confirm details directly with the business before you travel.

Payment

A free preview of your itinerary is generated instantly. Unlocking the full itinerary requires a one-time payment, processed securely through our payment provider. Once unlocked, the remaining days of your itinerary are generated instantly by the system.

Itinerary Provided "As-Is"

Your itinerary is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind. If you modify or edit your itinerary after it is delivered, Helm Travel is no longer responsible for any formatting errors, broken links, or conflicting travel times that result from those changes.

Copyright & Commercial Use

This app, and the itineraries it generates, are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, reselling, or otherwise distributing generated itineraries for commercial purposes is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helm Travel is not liable for any losses, expenses, or damages — including missed reservations, travel delays, or costs arising from inaccurate or outdated information — resulting from your use of an itinerary generated by this service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you submit a trip request, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and travel preferences (destinations, dates, pace, hotel tier, cuisine and dietary preferences, and any special requests). When you unlock a full itinerary, payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details ourselves.

How We Use Your Information

User data is processed via automated algorithms or third-party sub-processors to generate recommendations. We use your information to generate and email you your itinerary, process payment, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate Helm Travel, including a payment processor to handle checkout, an AI service provider to generate itinerary content, and an email delivery service to send you your itinerary. Each handles your data under its own privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain trip requests and generated itineraries for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and for our recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact information below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
